Estimates
Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Material price changes beyond that window may require a revised quote.
Scope changes
Conditions found after tear-off, most commonly deteriorated roof decking, are billed at the per-unit rate stated in your written estimate. We photograph and notify before proceeding.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties cover materials and are issued by the manufacturer. Our workmanship warranty is stated in your contract and covers defects in installation. It does not cover damage from storms, impact, other trades, or normal aging.
Insurance work
The homeowner is responsible for their deductible. We do not waive, absorb or rebate deductibles under any circumstances.
